Shipping Domestic

Standard delivery - within 5 working days from dispatch - fees start from £3.

Express delivery - within 2-3 days from dispatch - fees start from £9

As I’m a small business it can take up to 4 working days for me to process and package your orders with the standard delivery option. For the fast track delivery option orders placed before 12 midday will be posted the same or next working day for delivery within 3 days approximately.

You will receive an email notification once your item is posted with tracking information.

If it’s already been shipped, please check your tracking information first before contacting me. It’s most likely still on its journey to you, especially if you live outside of the UK.

What about commissions/made to order pieces?

If you have ordered a made-to-order piece, or a commission, this usually takes at around three to six weeks for me to complete, and may be longer depending on total order numbers.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
Please remember I am a small business, returns and refunds can be extremely hard on my trade.

Return policy:

Contact me to cancel an order before shipping, and you will be issued a voucher for the full amount.
This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop.

If the purchase has already been shipped:

  • You have 2 calendar days from receiving it to contact me to let me know you will be returning it, and 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Once the item is back in my possession, You will be issued a voucher for the cost of the item.
    This will have no expiry date and will be redeemable through any purchase on my website shop.

  • As a small business, I cannot refund postage costs.

Please note I cannot accept returns on commissioned or made-to-order items.
